To enable our clients the opportunity to give us feedback (either good or not so good) on the way that we have performed for them we undertake an Annual Client Review.
These are the results of our latest 2012 review, which we feel has again been more than worthwhile.
By way of detailed analysis of the ratings and comments received, which has been communicated throughout our company, we hope to continue to provide a more than satisfactory service to our client base and will endeavour to make improvements where we may have fallen short of expectations in a minority of cases.
